Dahlias are neat because they start to bloom late in summer and into the cooler beginnings of fall, and they are showy perennials, who doesn’t love that?! We have a really awesome local farm nearby called Swan Island Dahlias that is open to the public August through September to wander the fields and purchase bulbs and bouquets. They are located at 995 NW 22nd Ave, Canby, OR 97013.
