If you know me you know I love flowers. I feel lucky to be in a place that has so many flower festivals, gardens and farms that celebrate them. A really popular one here is the International Rose Test Garden. May through October is the best time to see blooms but it is always a beautiful garden. We often take visiting family and friends there to see and smell the roses. The gardens are located at Washington Park, at 400 SW Kingston Ave Portland, OR 97210.
